BE REAL.BE KIND.OR BE GONE.

All Clear is a structured filter for dating compatibility, operated by Spoon Seller LLC (doing business as All Clear). The point is to get to honest conversation faster with people whose dealbreakers match yours. These rules make that possible. Breaking them gets you removed.

WHAT WE DON'T TOLERATE

Hard stops.

No threats or violence of any kind.

No harassment or hate based on identity — race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or anything else someone is.

No predatory behavior: grooming, soliciting minors, or engaging with anyone you have reason to believe is under 18. We remove and report violations.

No non-consensual content, including unsolicited sexually explicit images or content depicting real people without consent.

Be yourself: no catfishing, no impersonation, no AI-generated photos passing as real, no other people's photos. One account per person.

Accurate dealbreaker answers. The filter only works if both sides are honest — lying to defeat it is grounds for permanent ban.

No money requests: no gift cards, investment pitches, MLM recruitment, fundraising, or sex-work solicitation. No off-platform schemes to evade safety controls.

Respect others' privacy: don't share phone numbers, addresses, workplaces, or photos of other people, and don't screenshot conversations or profiles without consent.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

Report. Block. Unmatch.

Report: every match card has a Report option. Use it for anyone you suspect is under 18, threats, harassment, scam attempts, fake or impersonated profiles, unsolicited explicit messages — anything that violates these guidelines.

Block: one-way and immediate. The blocked person can't message you, see your profile, or be re-matched with you. A report is never required to block.

Unmatch: removes a match without reporting — for when nothing's wrong but you'd rather not continue.

Crisis: if you or someone you've matched with is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services — US: 911; 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Outside the US or traveling: findahelpline.com. Also in-app under Settings → Safety.

HOW WE ENFORCE

Reviewed by a person.

Reports are reviewed by trained human moderators; we respond within 24 hours during business hours.

Outcomes scale with severity: a warning, temporary suspension, content removal, permanent ban, and — where warranted — referral to law enforcement.

Severe violations (threats, predatory behavior, fraud) are actioned without notice. Otherwise we'll typically warn first and escalate on repeat.

We don't pre-screen messages, but we may use automated systems to detect specific high-risk patterns (e.g., child-safety hashes per NCMEC). A human reviews every detection before any account action.

APPEALS & TRANSPARENCY

If you think we got it wrong.

Email support@allclear.dating within 30 days. Include your account email, the action taken, and what you believe was wrong — we respond within 14 days. We'll also publish an annual Transparency Report summarizing report volume, enforcement actions by category, and law-enforcement requests.
