All Clear is operated by Spoon Seller LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, doing business as All Clear. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. All Clear is offered to residents of the United States.

You're responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials confidential, tell us at support@allclear.dating if you suspect unauthorized access, and keep it to one account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.
All Clear is a structured dealbreaker-filtering service: it asks you and other members structured compatibility questions, filters out introductions that fail mutual dealbreaker checks, and surfaces cleared introductions for in-app conversation. It is not a chemistry predictor, not an investigation service — we don't vet members' histories or confirm anyone is who they say they are — not a safe-meeting concierge, and not a substitute for legal or counseling services. Real-world judgment is required.
Do: provide accurate information, treat members with respect, report concerning behavior in-app, and follow the law.
Don't: harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate anyone; solicit money, gift cards, or financial information; send unsolicited sexually explicit content.
Don't: use the service commercially (recruiting, selling, fundraising); scrape or programmatically access it; or circumvent the dealbreaker filter, age gate, or safety controls.
Security testing only through coordinated disclosure — email support@allclear.dating before testing. Violations can mean suspension or permanent removal, forfeiture of an active subscription, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
You own what you submit. By submitting it you grant All Clear a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and reproduce it solely to operate the service. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for safety and legal recordkeeping described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.
All Clear may offer optional paid subscriptions ("Founding Membership"). Current pricing is shown in-app at the point of purchase.
Billing runs through the Apple App Store or Google Play under the store's terms of sale. We never process payments directly or hold your card details.
Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew until cancelled in your store's subscription settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a store subscription.
Refunds and price changes are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Play order history) under their policies. Trials are disclosed in-app at purchase. iOS subscriptions support Apple Family Sharing per product configuration.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or for any lawful reason on reasonable notice. On termination your access ends, any active subscription is cancelled (refunds per Section 06), and your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy retention schedule. You can leave any time in-app: Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Sections 05 and 08–10 survive termination.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that any match will lead to a relationship or meeting, or that any other user is who they claim to be. To the fullest extent the law permits, Spoon Seller LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability will not exceed the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100. Some states don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Talk to us first: before filing any claim, email support@allclear.dating and give us 60 days to resolve it. Courts, not arbitration: these Terms do not require arbitration and contain no class-action waiver and no jury-trial waiver. Any dispute we can't resolve informally will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and both sides consent to venue and jurisdiction there. Small claims: either party may instead bring a qualifying individual claim in small claims court in their county of residence. Each party bears its own attorneys' fees and costs, except where a statute or court rule provides otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your state.
iOS: these Terms are between you and Spoon Seller LLC, not Apple; Apple isn't responsible for the service but is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce these Terms. Android: these Terms apply in addition to Google Play's terms, and where Google's terms mandatorily control a matter, they govern that matter only.
If you give us your mobile number to verify your account or use text-based features like ClearPass, All Clear sends SMS messages for account verification and account notifications through its messaging provider. Message frequency depends on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help — you can also reach us at support@allclear.dating. Opting out of texts won't affect your use of the app. We ask for your consent in the app before texting you, and we never sell or share your number for anyone else's marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here, update the date, and for material changes notify you in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. These Terms plus the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines are the entire agreement.
